What I liked the best about this book are the tips for how to use the air fryer。 She gives good tips on what tools to use， how to use it safely and how to clean it。 I also like that Linda included a cooking chart。 That will be very helpful for me in the kitchen。 What I would have liked to have seen was more recipes in each category。 They look easy to follow， so I will try some of them。

Great easy recipes。I like that most of the recipes don’t have too many ingredients and the ingredients are usually things that I have on hand anyway。 She truly shows how versatile an air fryer can be。 I’m going to go downstairs right now and make some muffins。

The recipes are pretty great examples of more complex things you can prepare - quickly！ - in an air fryer。 If you are looking to be able to make some wonderful and diverse dishes， then this is a great book。 If you are not looking for Cranberry Beignets but more basic fare， this book still has some general tips。 If you are looking for help buying store bought frozen items that are easy to air fry real quick， this is not the book for you。 I am the last case scenario。 If i want pot stickers， I buy The recipes are pretty great examples of more complex things you can prepare - quickly！ - in an air fryer。 If you are looking to be able to make some wonderful and diverse dishes， then this is a great book。 If you are not looking for Cranberry Beignets but more basic fare， this book still has some general tips。 If you are looking for help buying store bought frozen items that are easy to air fry real quick， this is not the book for you。 I am the last case scenario。 If i want pot stickers， I buy them frozen and wanted help air frying them。 In this books pot sticker recipe， you make everything from scratch by hand。 Its still surprisingly fast， but yeah Ill pass。 Note - this book would be a solid 3 stars， if not for formatting， which is fantastic。 Cooking temp and times are off in a corner in giant font so impossible to miss。 And everything， if applicable， is labeled fast， vegetarian， vegan， gluten free， and "family favorite"。 These are also off to the side and very easy to find and scan and make decisions。 A second thing to know is many of the recipes assume you are cooking for 4 servings/people。 But even for someone like me， Mr Single Serving， Frozen Food guy， this had some great stuff。 Some extremely fast veggie mixes， and an amazing 5 minute grill cheese sandwich that doesnt need to be watched or flipped！ Yeah its 4 stars， and I turned out not to be its core audience！ 。。。more

I know another cookbook。 But it was good and I promise I won't fill my bookshelf with only Cookbooks this year LOL。 I got an Air-fryer for Christmas and I'm SUPER stoked to start using it。 I really wanted a guide for recipes and this just jumped off the shelf at me。 This is also nice b/c it includes a chart for general times/temperatures on bunches of food from Veggies to fish。 Some great recipes and great tips。 Example - if you marinade chicken you need to pat it off before cooking or the extra I know another cookbook。 But it was good and I promise I won't fill my bookshelf with only Cookbooks this year LOL。 I got an Air-fryer for Christmas and I'm SUPER stoked to start using it。 I really wanted a guide for recipes and this just jumped off the shelf at me。 This is also nice b/c it includes a chart for general times/temperatures on bunches of food from Veggies to fish。 Some great recipes and great tips。 Example - if you marinade chicken you need to pat it off before cooking or the extra juices will cause your kitchen to fill with white smoke lol。 I mean I probably would have never realized - well not until I thought my house was burning down。 Happy reading and Happy Cooking！ 。。。more
